Beauclair Environnement: The fruit of a Passion Shared by a Father and His 3 Sons

Our story begins in the 70s, when Jacques Beauclair founds his company Beauclair Métal, specializing in metal and battery collection. Then, in 2011, his son Alex launches another division called Beauclair Fer et Métaux, eventually merging his division with Jacques’.

In 2004, Jacques adds oil collection to his expertise when he becomes a member of SOGHU (Société de Gestion des Huiles Usagées). This allows him to build up an ever-growing industrial and commercial clientele, and he succeeds in forging important business links. This experience inspires his other son, Antoine, to pursue this specialization in hazardous materials recovery and start his company Beauclair Environnement in 2017.

After so many years of providing quality services, we've merged our two companies in 2019, keeping the Beauclair Environnement name to emphasize our penchant for environmentally friendly services. Today, Alex and Antoine are the proud owners of Beauclair Environnement, along with their brother Vincent, the operations director. All three are dedicated to providing their customers with efficient, reliable management of all metals and hazardous residual materials.

A Qualified and Certified Team

Over the decades, Beauclair Environnement has nurtured business relationships with manufacturers, machine shops, laboratories, and many SMBs. This has been achieved not only through quality services, but also by maintaining an up-to-date practice that meets all current industry standards.

In fact, our entire team is WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) and TDG (Transport of Dangerous Goods) trained. In this way, Beauclair Environnement can always guarantee the safety of our colleagues and customers, no matter what recovery work we do.

Our family business also works closely with the Ministère du Développement durable, de l'Environnement et de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques (MDDELCC). We hold an operating permit issued by the MDDELCC, authorizing us to operate a hazardous materials storage site. Our status as a SOGHU member also enables us to provide services that respect the environment.
